This is a monthly membership for people who learn to trust action and build momentum.

It is community, frequency work, and container for growth that comes from working through resistance.

Every month we work with energy, nervous system regulation, and vision.

Starting then becomes something you just do, not something you think about doing.

Every month has it’s own astro weather and rhythm. Live sessions, somatic and frequency work, community support, and tools to regulate your nervous system so that the fear of starting gets smaller over time by learning to simply move with it.
