We start by taking a compassionate look at the areas that feel stuck, stagnant or painful for you. During our time together, you’ll receive somatic coaching and energy healing. Then I’ll formulate a customized plan to help you find greater flow, inspiration and health in your life.

If I were to describe the integrative healing session with Val in one word it would be Powerful.
After taking the time to listen to my present situation she guided me through tangible tapping tools to use in times of imbalance. We transitioned into craniosacral therapy session and ended with Val holding a space which felt nothing short of transformative. In the days following the session I was hyper aware of a shift in energy and emotion. After taking Val’s recommendation to journal about what comes up I was able to process what I was feeling.
