We are fully tapping into the energy of rebirth and renewal with the start of spring and the new moon in Aries. A new moon is the start of a lunar cycle, an excellent time to set intentions and Aries is the start of the astrological cycle.
We will be fully immersed in the new bloom of energy. This is absolutely the supported and aligned energy of renewal.

Through a well-balanced roster of holistic energy healing modalities, time spent immersed in nature, healthy nutrition, being in community of like-minded individuals and more. The first Balance Holidays retreat to take place on the pleasantly attractive Balearic island, Menorca, that has been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1993. Be at one with Mother Nature and all its wonders up-close and in true disconnection from the everyday demands.

The Location
Set amongst a traditional Menorcan farm with 77 hectares of land, that is embedded by neat rows of vineyards, olive trees, flowering shrubs and archaeological remains from the Talayotic period. Torralbenc is a meticulously refurbished 17th century Menorcan country house breathing easygoing bucolic bliss. Its dry and white-washed stone buildings, are a loyal display of its heritage and an architectural style carefully designed to blend as one and in respect for its natural surroundings.The coast and immaculate beaches are a comfortable distance away, affording commanding views of the Mediterranean sea from the comfort of the hotel. Complete with a restaurant advised by Michelin star chef, Gorka Txapartegi, a devoted wellness area and an outdoor swimming pool.
