Three decades of living, learning and sharing the healing arts has informed her inspiration to offer unique retreat journeys that create true sustainable lifestyle change.

Valerie Oula is an Energy Healing Expert, the Director of Vibrational Healing at THE WELL, and is the founder of Modern Ritual NYC, a sanctuary for personal transformation and healing. She is the author of two published books, A Little Bit Of Reiki, and Rest Rituals. She teaches and runs holistic retreats and trainings all around the world.
